Terms of Service

Effective October 5, 2026.

These terms are between you (the clinician or practice using Exetazo Scribe) and Travis Michael Birkhead, MD, doing business as Exetazo Health ("we").

1. What the service does

Exetazo Scribe records visit audio you choose to capture, transcribes it and drafts documentation and coding suggestions. It is a documentation aid. It does not practice medicine, diagnose, or decide codes. You review, edit and are responsible for every note you sign and every code you bill.

2. Your responsibilities

• Sign the Business Associate Agreement before recording, and keep your account secure. Do not share logins.
• Tell patients, and obtain any consent your state or payer requires, before recording. Some states require every party's consent.
• Use the service only for visits you conduct, in compliance with law and your organization's policies.

3. Plans and billing

Free trials include 20 visits. Paid plans renew monthly through Square until canceled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. Visits beyond the monthly allowance are billed at the posted rate. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. No refunds for partial months except where the law requires.

4. Data

Patient information is handled under the Business Associate Agreement and our Privacy Policy. Audio is deleted after transcription, transcripts after drafting, and drafts after 48 hours. We do not sell data or use patient information to train AI models.

5. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee it is uninterrupted. Keep your own copy of anything you need beyond 48 hours. We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be emailed to you.

6. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits obligations under the Business Associate Agreement or the law.

7. Ending

You may delete your account at any time under Account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or are used to misuse the service.
