Telehealth
A Chrome extension records the video tab (the patient) and your microphone. Works with Tebra, Doxy.me, Zoom in a browser and others. When you stop, it can fill the note in your EHR tab for you to review.
In person
Open the web app on your phone or laptop, press Record, set it on the desk. It stops on its own after long silence, so a forgotten recording never runs into the next patient.
Coding help
ICD-10 codes, E/M level by MDM or total time (it measures face-to-face time for you), and add-ons like 96127, G2211 and psychotherapy add-ons — each with the documentation it needs.
Private by design
- Business associate agreement signed online before your first recording.
- Runs entirely inside Amazon Web Services under Amazon's HIPAA agreement — transcription and AI drafting included.
- Audio deleted as soon as it is transcribed; transcript deleted once the note is drafted; drafts deleted after 48 hours.
- Your patients' information is never used to train AI models.
Pricing

How it works
- Create an account, choose your practice type and sign the BAA (about 3 minutes).
- Add the Chrome extension and press Connect — or open the app on your phone for in-person visits.
- Tell the patient you're using a scribe, press Start, see the patient.
- Press Stop. About a minute later: the note, codes and time statement, ready to paste or fill into your EHR. You review and sign as always.
